Welcome to the Waterstone Express Pass website!

The Waterstone Express Standard Pass is a small electronic decal that is placed on the inside of your vehicle's windshield and allows easy acess at any one of the three Waterstone Express Pass lanes (right lane) at the Waterstone entrances. Each standard pass is $20 and non-transferable or refundable. All Waterstone homeowners will need to obtain a USER NAME and PASSWORD in person at the Waterstone II Clubhouse located at 1355 Waterstone Way (photo ID is required). New Waterstone homeowners will also need the recorded Warrantee Deed to update their home's account.
